Much of our daily life unfolds without us giving it much thought.
We wake, follow routines, make decisions, respond to people, experience feelings, and move through the day. Yet how often do we actually stop to observe what we're doing, or why we're doing it?
Not to judge ourselves. Not to criticise or correct anything. Simply to observe.
You might notice how quickly you react when someone disagrees with you. Or how a familiar situation brings about an equally familiar feeling. You may even begin to recognise patterns that have accompanied you for much of your life.
The interesting part is that you don't have to do anything with what you discover.
Sometimes, simply becoming aware of something you've never consciously noticed before can change the way you understand yourself.
And perhaps the first question isn't how to change who you are, but how much of who you are you've actually observed.
